Job Summary: 
 
BizFlow is seeking a Sales Operation Specialist to join our growing team located in Falls Church, Virginia. This individual will be expected to proactively lead on major work items, including those summarized below. 

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: 

  • Manage entire license & maintenance renewal process for customers. 

  • Create and issue invoices.  

  • Accumulate data to prepare invoices.  

  • Follow up with customers for collections. 

  • Keep track of records and customers for maintenance contracts. 

  • Interact with customers for renewal of maintenance contracts. 

  • Maintain a professional and customer service-oriented environment to promote sales of the product licenses.  

  • Manage weekly reporting with both customer-side requirements as well as delivering reports to the executive teams. 

  • Coordinate with sales team for new sales activities.  

  • Support admini

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • +3 years of Sales Operations experience 

  • Professional Services experience 

  • Maintenance renewal experience 

  • Invoicing experience 

QUALIFIED CANDIDATES MUST BE: 

  • U.S Citizen or Permanent Resident. 

  • Pass a standard background check. 

  • Obtain minor security clearance (if needed).
